2024 “Pieces of the Heart” Quilt Show

RELEASE AGREEMENT
Crossroads Arts Council agrees to take reasonable care to protect any and all entries in its 2024 Quilt Show at Wentzville Community Club, but accepts no responsibility, collectively or individually, for any damage to or loss of your entry and shall not, in any way, be liable or be required to maintain insurance for any damage or loss, regardless of same. Your agreement hereto acknowledges and acts as release of the Crossroads Arts Council from any and all liability as a result of the damage to or loss of your exhibit and hereby waives any such claim. I have read the foregoing and by checking the box above agree to be bound by all the requirements therein and acknowledge that part of the document contains a release of liability to the Crossroads Arts Council for damage to or loss and waiver of such claim.

• A minimum of 5 items must be entered per category before prize money will be awarded for that category.
• I agree that my name, pictures of self and my artworks may be used in promotion of the show by CAC.
• CAC will take reasonable precautions in handling, installation and display of my artwork.
• The Committee shall decide on the suitability of any artwork based on its content, its framing or support structure, and any visual or written material that might accompany a piece of artwork.
• CAC maintains the option to decline artwork if content or structure is unsuitable.
